This is how long I worked at the Cafe. 

 I baked, cooked and operated the Cafe alongside with five other Mississaugas of the Credit business owners.

It's a lot of work to operate a business.  A lot of it is the opening and closing.

Well, the baking is also a big chunk of time.

Chi migwech to our Employment and Training Coordinator for believing in us and letting our light shine a little brighter.

Peach and Triple Berry Smoothies were introduced in early April 2022.  These sold well during the work week.

These were offered as a quick breakfast item.  Egg or egg white, with grated squash and zucchini, tomato, fresh mozzarella, and topped with parsley.  Yum!

Holidays from Halloween to St Patrick's Day, these Vanilla bean shortbread cookies with royal icing were popular.

Fresh flowers were a hit during Christmas and Valentine's Day.

Various goodies were displayed in this space.
