Macarons were introduced so as to complement, The Marketplace and Cafe's logo, which depicts macarons.

No Dairy Oatmeal cookies have been a catering staple of mine.  

I offer limited gluten free items throughout the year.

I've always wanted to make Madelines.  They are temperamental, just like the macarons.

One of my favourite pastries are bear claws.  Eventually, I will have them browner.  

Hot cross buns are a favourite bread of mine.  There is a lot of rising in this dough before baking.   

Bread has fascinated me. Adding chives and cookie cutters help frame for whatever holiday bread you may need.  Lots to learn here.  

It's good to keep trying new recipes and tweaking them.
